Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Shipping Errors
Marked For Death Paintball Supply will make mistakes. Although we work very hard to prevent errors when filling orders, the very fact that we are human beings and we pick, pack and ship orders makes errors unavoidable. When we do ship the wrong product to you or fail to ship a product in a package, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is as follows. Marked For Death Paintball Supply will verify that an item has been left out of a package by repacking the original order and comparing what the weight should have been to the actual weight shipped. If we can clearly see that an item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the same shipping method that was originally used on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Marked For Death Paintball Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Marked For Death Paintball Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Marked For Death Paintball Supply shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Marked For Death Paintball Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Marked For Death Paintball Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment.

Sales Taxes
Marked For Death Paintball Supply resides in the sales tax free state of New Hampshire. Therefore, no sales taxes will be charged on any orders. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Marked For Death Paintball Supply shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the MarkedForDeathPaintball.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.

Return Policy

Marked For Death Paintball Supply has a no returns policy. Only in the event of a shipping error will a return be granted. If an item must be returned you must first contact Marked For Death Paintball Supply by either phone or email and request a RMA or return authorization number. After you recived this number you must write it clearly on the box or envelope that you are returning the product in. If an item is returned without this number the item will be refused and sent back to its origin. If you are victim to a shipping mistake, you are responisble for the postage to return the item. Marked For Death Paintball Supply will in return ship the correct item in return at no extra cost. If a faster method of shipping is prefered Marked For Death Paintball Supply would gladly ship the item in your prefered method of transit providing that you pay the difference for the shipping upgrade. Marked For Death Paintball expressingly disclaims all shipping error liablilities and reserves the right to refuse any return request at its own consent.
